VIRTUAL SHOW TICKETS
Your show ticket is virtual and will be sent to you to your email. Please ensure your email is correct when ordering.
PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
For any physical products attached to your order, you will receive them as described below:
First-Class: 6 - 15 days
Priority Mail: 3 - 6 Days
Express Mail: 2 - 3 Days
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
No refunds will be provided for show tickets. If a show is canceled, it may be rescheduled for another day and time, or your ticket price will be refunded.
Physical products are considered final sales, and no refunds or exchanges are provided. If your physical product arrives damaged, reach out to us within 7 days, and we will provide you a replacement.
